1. Consultation Services (Astrological, Chakra, and Spiritual Guidance)
• No Refunds on Services Rendered: Due to the personalized nature of astrological, chakra, and spiritual consultations, all services once delivered are non-refundable. These consultations are time- and effort-intensive, and the insights provided are based on unique individual circumstances.
• Rescheduling Consultations: We understand that schedules can change. Clients are allowed to reschedule consultations at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.
• Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and the session will be considered completed.
2. Physical Products (Crystals, Chakra Tools, any pooja items, Incense, Janm Patrika or Spiritual paper documents & gemstones and pendants etc.)
• 7-Day Return Policy: You may return most unopened spiritual products within 7 days of purchase for a refund, replacement, or store credit. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the spiritual and personal nature of some products, the following items cannot be returned:
o Opened or used incense, oils, or sprays
o Opened meditation or chakra tools
o Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraved crystals, custom talismans)
o Gemstone pendants
• Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof (such as photographs), and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Digital Products (Online Courses, E-books, Recorded Meditations)
• No Refunds on Digital Downloads: Digital products such as e-books, downloadable courses, and recorded meditations are non-refundable once downloaded due to their intangible nature.
4. Exchanges
• We offer exchanges for physical products within the 30-day return window, provided the product is in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
